Checked it out (and your site) and it looks good. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the licenses does not seem to be GPL, as it restricts the commercial usage. As I am using it as a part of my work, that leaves me out.

Indeed, I installed MT on my own site this week (url in sig). As it has full separation between the templates and the engine, it is rather easy to make it support Hebrew (I chose to use utf8, but is just as easy to set it to use windows-1255). There are a few minor things that I haven't localized yet, but in general it was a breeze.
