I know this is way offtopic, but I must add that while Shlomi is perfectly correct, in most cases it is even better to use "im" (instead of "bemida ve", "bemikreh ve") and "ki" (instead of "mea'har ve"). And, Shlomi, I don't think you need to take this whole subject so seriously. People are making many more Hebrew mistakes (as well as English ones) and you can't change that. -- Didi
