Actually there is. http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/applications.html#imap I'm using the Outlook plugin version, and it works great. Basically what they say is that there are two folders: Decided spam and Suspected spam. There are two thresholds, spam threshold and suspect threshold. The suspect folder is intended to catch all those messages that are undecided for the purpose of training (and initially they are all suspect). After some training it gets really good at it. The application is an IMAP proxy. You set it up on some port, and connect through it.
