Educational oriented distro

[Yishay Mor]

OSEF have created a Knoppix based distro oriented at school / 
educational environments. My 7 yr old kid loves it. Is anyone aware of a 
similar Hebrew speaking project? I know there are some gurus on this 
list who manage distros, is anyone up to localizing the OSEF distro?
