I don't know, but it doesn't say many things you can't figure out yourself when looking at the web interface of the router. Actually, I first googled for various things such as 'eci 270pr documentation' 'eci 270pr manual', etc., found nothing, then connected it, didn't know what its IP address is, googled for '270pr default address' and found this doc.
