The new job tracker has moved to:

Plus, it has some improvements:
1. Converted the code to use CGI::Application.
2. Better URLs.
3. Table rows are alternately highlighted.
4. Maybe others (look at svn log).
Note that I'm still looking for a way to add spacing between two adjacent
table rows (without adding an extra row in between). If anybody can
instruct me how to do it, I'll be grateful.

Writing a BitKeeper replacement is probably easier at this point than getting
its license changed.
