I figure that those folder names are in ISO-8859-8 (-i) Hebrew, whereas in kmail works with the UTF-8 charset (or vice-versa). Actually: it would be interesting to know exactly which of the two. BTW: mozilla does not support reading from a local spool, which makes using a fetchmail/procmail/spamassasin combination problematic.
