I can't talk on behalf of anybody else (except for myself), but I want to tell you to feel free to continue this discussion ON-list. There are existing guides for fedora Hebrew installation (for example - dittigas at whatsup), and their authors might be interested in learning the challenges that users experience when they install Hebrew for fedora.
