I'm looking for a good parser of the C language. Requirements:
* Portable (runs on all UNIXes + Windows)
* Embeddable (can be embedded in another application)
* Preferablly with bindings to Perl or less preferablly to a different
scripting language.
I know the Tendra compiler project has a parser like that (IIRC). Are
there are any others?

Writing a BitKeeper replacement is probably easier at this point than getting
