Hi, I had to press the magic button while on my mandrake 9.2 and the next boot it started fsck without flushing the journal. for more details see: http://archives.mandrakelinux.com/cooker/2003-10/msg03152.php
What happens now is: when i boot using an mdk kernel (ext3 as module, loaded using initrd) filesystem doe not get mounted (mount error 22 mounting ext3 defaults). when i boot using a self compiled 2.6test9 (ext3 as built in) all seems to work. What are my options from now? Can i recreate the journal? Delete it? Is there some other "trick" I am missing? -- diego, 6 Heshvan 5764 Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments.
