Tzafir, I beg to differ. Win95 was launched in... errr... '95. Same as NT4 (very early '96 if I am not mistaken). Clearly this 7-8 year period is longer than RedHat's / SuSE's support period.

Not only for NT. Lately support has been withdrawn for win95 and win98. The support contracts from RH and SuSE for their "enterprise" products is for 5-6 years.
