Hi. I would guess, just enter your command in the appropriate place in one of the RC files.
Or do what I did, take the skeleton file from /etc/init.d, change it to include your command and all the relevant info and make links so it would be executed on startup. Under debian there is a command to do it automaticly, update-rc.d I hope that helped.
