No, he can't "use whatever he likes" - this issue was debated over and over,
and the same conclusion was always reached: this is an *English* mailing
list. Some people here can't read Hebrew because they haven't configured
their software properly, some can't read Hebrew because their OS has no
Hebrew support at all, and some can't read Hebrew because... They don't
understand Hebrew!
