Is anyone aware of distributions that have a thorough managment of kerenl patches. e.g. Users can easily apply all patches from and with the tools available to the distribution rather than externaly.
I've allready seen Debian has a nice way of distributing some patches and it is very easy to follow and apply. Is this the same case with Gentoo and Others?
