My bayesian filter in part of Celeste, which is the mail client embedded in an extremely rich environment called Squeak. This environment supports development in Smalltalk, which is also what it is written in, and what Celeste is written in. It's open source, though not Open Source.
www.squeak.org TFM goes something like this - your new, legitimate email appears in folder "new". Your spam email appears in folder ".spam.". If you see a false positive in ".spam.", or a false negative in "new", press the button "Spam", to let the system know. Simple as that...
