Hi Gang, What does the underscored part mean?
/dev/hda1: 15/262144 files _(13.3% non-contiguous)_, 188432/524112 blocks This is an Ext3 FS, and, as I can remember, the Extended FSs don't need defragmentation. As you can see, the above example is quite fragmanted. I try to RTFM about it, but was unsuccessful in finding any related information... It is my understanding that Extended FileSystems do not need to be defragmented. Can someone point me to any relevant Dox / URLs I can get answers from?
