Boot with the RH installation CD 'linux rescue' (or some other rescue
CD/floppy), mount your root/boot (RH rescue does that automatically),
and run
grub-install --root-directory yourrootdirectory /dev/hda
replace yourrootdirectory with it (e.g. I think the RH rescue mounts
it on /sysimage).
