Well it sounds that they are spam!:) yea, thats the hardest thing for a spam filter not to filter wanted spam, like sometimes you do want to hear about the advertising or discount of a certain company. I think the only way to pass it without screwing the spam filter is allowing spams from certain addresses to pass without going through the spam filter.
