The USB is crappy, and all the patches you'll get are shitty and worthless (management knows it, but they insist to send them to customers - they are worth as same as rebooting windows). The PCI ones are just the same shitty as USB, but this time - there aren't any patches. Now here's the trick: lets say you're disconnected every 5 minutes and a technician is coming to you - if (by replacing the modem) it won't solve the problem - then you'll pay 150 NIS.
