However I believe this is mostly a Hebrew site, although you can post there in English if you want to. Do let me know if you actually bought something over there. In addition you might try http://www.techdata.co.il. As far as I know they represent Seagate here so maybe they can point you to someone who has such a disk. Alternatively, although I doubt it, if you can get some registered company to back you up it could be that you will be able to get it directly from them. In case they can supply the desired item you can contact an official distributer of them near you and have him to be the man in the middle for this transaction. Maybe they can even help you in some way to get a used device.
