Ladies and Gentlemen.. I have received a special permission from Jeremy White, the CEO of CodeWeavers, to give a "trial" version of CodeWeavers's CrossOver Office 1.3.1 to Linux-IL users.
This version of XO (XO= Crossover Office in short) is fully working version without any time bomb, so I'm asking you to BE FAIR! if you decide after 30 days of using it to not buy it, then please erase it from your machine(s). The file is temporarily hosted at penguin.org.il - please DO NOT give it to others. This version is not supported by CodeWeavers (and within 30 days, there will be XO 2.0 version anyway). You just need to make sure that your LANG is set to he_IL before trying to install Hebrew based Windows applications. (example: LANG=he_IL ~/cxoffice/bin/officesetup ) This version supports All Red Hat versions, Debian, Slackware (not sure), SuSE, Mandrake. You'll need either KDE or GNOME to have it on your menus (or As a temporarily solution, I have placed the file in penguin.org.il.
