The header shows that the charset set in the header is indeed iso-8859-1 even as the html header specifies a utf-8 charset, and the different behaviour between mozilla and konqueror must be how they handle priority in case of conflict. What is the standard behaviour? IMO the konqueror behaviour, where html header supercedes the http header, makes more sense. What do you say?
