I feel insulted... I thought the list doesn't need "details"... :( As I got the same USB 2.0 problem in both RH 7.2 and Mandrake 8.2 each working with their respective "home" kernels (2.4.9 and 2.4.17 if I'm not wrong), I though that supplying more info was not critical, as per my analysis it looks like a generic problem instead of a particular one.
