I have a successful experience with Windows versions of both QTopia Desktop and Sharp Intellisync for my IPAQ3700, that runs Familiar Linux + OPIE. Works greate with some minor issues. Qtopia has a week point - no Outlook Calendar syncronization, while Tasks and Contacts do well. Did not try it with WinCE/PocketPC.
