SGI. I had to sign NDA relating to very specific programs/tools I'm using and NOT the generic "all your IP is belong to us" kind that sadly prevails today. I didn't even had to specifically ask for that. Ah, and they do own the biggest Tux doll this side of the pond I believe... :-) Sadly, there are no job openings here right now, though.
