What are you planning to host on this server?
With all due respect, hosting your hobby projects, freecell-solver et al.,
does not really require a "high bandwidth server". Your "high bandwidth
server" requirement will only scare away people from helping you.

If you are willing to pay a bit for this (I mean paying a small share of
the actual hosting cost shared by several people, a "hosting co-op",
if you will), please contact me in private.
The hosting co-op idea is not new, by the way - several people on this list
are already involved in one, fiasco.org.il.
