that is true, no beef there, but i consider this a bad practice. if i
were to manage these thing i wouldn't want
to make my workers feel hunted or some kind of paranoia that many
companies foolishly makes their workers feel. the easier and much better
thing to do, is just limit the bandwidth and let the workers do what the
hell they want. believe me, a happy worker would do more for the company
than a one that thinks all day how to circumvent the system or if
someone is spying on him.
as i said, thats your worst nightmare. a disgruntled worker can do more
damage than any cracker can.
