2. ICC is fast, very fast, a freind of mine got about 20% speed improvment on a pentium4 , he compiled some cd ripping app.
The problem with ICC is its compiling stuff to oblivion, dont even think about compiling KDE,Mozilla,The kernel with ICC, it will break.
