for changing iso/raw images while the vm is running, choose Device -> (your device) -> Disconect and Edit -> Choose now select another file, but before you do anything in the vm, connect it back, with Device -> (your device) -> Connect, cause some oses go beserk when fiddling with the hardware drivers.
