set the MTU on the windows machine to something lower (e.g. 1460), reboot 
them, and try again. its in the bezeq ADSL HOWTO. why it worked for you 
until now is irrelevant. perhaps not you, but the ISP changed something...
and perhaps you did while you were unconscious ;)
