i said this here a few days ago, and will say again :
other then a legal document people should sign before we are touching their 
computers (i understand that there's not gonna be any) we should also inform 
people about beta installations on their machines, and make sure that they 
understand there is NO warenty what so ever to whats being installed.
bare in mind that MS users are used to the idea that if there's some kind of a 
problem later on, they have someone to call to for support.
i saw a few cases in the past where people saw it a obvious.

GBY, what about that legal doc, can your dad draw something for us ?
i have a friend who installed linux (dual booted with windows) in a law firm, 
and almost got a law sue against him because the disk (for some reason) got 
damaged during installation.
