Mandrake's automated install does all that, if you remembered to do it in the 
installation stage. OTOH, the new DrakConf has a utility to generate the 
autoinstall floppy on a live system. I'm not sure if it takes the current 
snapshot of the package installed and how it handles packages not from the 
distribution discs. I sure haven't tried it, but it may be worth looking into 
(if you operate a Mandrake, that is)
