Howdy, Linux people!

syscalltrack, http://syscalltrack.sf.net, is an open source project
used for tracking system call invocations. syscalltrack is in constant
development and has now gained mature 'autoconf' capabilities, which
now need to be tested. This is where you come in.

If you have an "exotic" linux box, or just a run of the mill one, you
compile your own kernels (2.4 only, at this stage) and would like to
help testing the autoconf support, please read on.

To test the autoconf support, grab the tarball from

http://syscalltrack.sf.net/syscalltrack-0.75cvs.tar.gz

untar it, and do

./configure && make && sudo make install

Then, let me know (in private) if it fails or succeeds. If it fails, a
complete log of the configure, make and make install operations is
very apperciated.

I already know that it works on redaht 7.3, debian woody, gentoo 1.2
and slackware 8.1. Reports from other architectures are most welcome,
more reports from these architectures are welcome as well.

Uninstalling syscaltrack after you finish building it, in case you do
not wish to use it further, is as simple as 'make unistall'.

Thank you very much, we now return you to your regularly scheduled
programming. Shana Tova.

Muli, syscalltrack hacker-at-large.
