Yes, it is. I think that, at this stage, people are more interested in
"WORKING" than in "RIGHT".

This is not exactly correct. The "Paragraph direction" only affects the
default "embedding direction". All other rules use the "embedding
direction" as their parameter. The only difference in actual rendering
will come forth if the paragraph had more "PDF" than "RLE/LRE"s to begin
with.

A. The app uses the Unicode BiDi algorithm.
B. The app does not override the paragraph direction with out of bound
direction, which will be "LTR" in almost all cases.
