Hi! I did not use Linksys, but I spoke extensivly with their sales guy who also happens to be a technician and he said that Linksys wireless router (it has nat, firewall rules based and 4 port hub) does indeed work in Israel with ADSL modem, etc.
I think it's a good piece of hardware, but unfortunatelly I never used it myself. Hope that helped somehow.
