This client is in use with many other providers and with many pptp
servers. Some of the ADSL modems used in Israel required special (non
standard compliant) support, hence the --quirks patch to pptp to
support them non intrusively.

There is support for only BEZEQ_ISRAEL because no one needed or took
the time to add support for other providers. The mechanism is totally
extensible - I should know, I wrote it.
