Well, the installation is kinda difficult for newbie (if that is what you mean). I spent 15 minutes of reading the guide and then just proceeded as it says. I haven't any kind of dependancy problem and I have no idea what gentoo team say about it. One weird thing is, when I said 'emerge mc' (to install MC) it merged the entire X and then MC. Maybe it was a typo on my behalf ?
