Well,
we already know they(012) use transparent proxies to limit usage of file sharing, so 
they might be breaking some of the other things. Intentionaly or not, is the big 
question.
All i can tell u that when i finish with them i am moving to some other isp who don't 
tell me what i can or can't do with my bandwidth.
