good idea. the only problem is to get that machine (along with more hadware we don't have, like monitors etc...) i don't think that anyone here is willing to "sacrifice" his\her machine for other people (specially windows users) to play around with. getting sponsoring for this event is crucial, and some hardware donations \ loan's as well. > > Also, as this is the first installation party I am attending, how do you > go about reducing the partitioned size of the existing disk? Any open source alternatives? good point. we have to make sure we are protected legally regarding this matter. i hate to find out I've just caused a critical damage to a machine owned by a lawyer that came to the party with his son, or something ;) tal. > > Shachar -- ======================================= Amir Tal Owner, Founder Whatsup, Hebrew Linux Portal Voice: +972-8-9363164 Cell: +972-58-978979 ICQ: 15748705 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] URL: http://www.whatsup.org.il ====================================== ================================================================To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
