I can bring a server with RedHat/Mandrake ISO's and a 8ports switch. I have ADSL connection and enough HDD space so I can also mirror other ISO's/software before the event if it'll be needed. Right now it's all just talking though - there's no even date set for the event, but in any case I'll need help taking this equipment with me (I don't have a car).
