Hmm, you might just want to wait a bit before you erase your licq... There's a bug there - you can read now hebrew messages, but sending is a problematic since Vladimir forgot to add ISO8859-8-i to the encoding when sending messages. He'll probably add it tommorow.
BTW - the sim-icq looks really great - specially since it's only 0.1 version! it got few more bugs to fix (with SMS).
