Whenver I restart Apache and submit an SSL form for the first time, I get the following error on the browser:
<<< An error occured while loading https://localhost/seminars/admin/clubs/new/add.cgi: The process for the https://localhost protocol died unexpectedly. >>> The next time I submit the form, everything works fine. I am using the latest Apache 1.3.x on Mandrake 8.2 Linux with mod_perl. Can you tell me how to resolve the problem?
