Hi Eran, I belong to a group that does that (http://www.fiasco.org.il). We are paying Actcom 120$/mo for colocating a rack mountable server. As far as I know, they are the cheapest in Israel (you can try accessing fiasco for speed benchmarks). Iglu is, of course, also at actcom's, but they are both as a result of a donation from actcom, and it is a loaded server.
