There are plenty of them - start from one of the most expensive one (akamai if I'm not mistaken), and it goes down (price). Sometimes you cannot do a remote boot unless you got a dedicated PCI card which connects through a modem (and got it's own PC inside) to do a full boot etc - think when you get a hard crash but no panic.
