more and more I read reports about sites that cannot be read/seen/operated using browsers different then MSIE. when it happan on private web site I don't think we have a legal case there but when it happan on public website which supported by the Israeli government I think that there is a case bringing it to court saying that it is discrimination against none MSIE users which never got to be the formal webbrowser in Israel..
