Let's rephrase Nadav's words:

I would bet that if the government issued a tender for, say, $500,000,
for Linux support, you'd suddenly find 10 companies or businesspeople
willing to start a company for doing it... 5 of them would probably be
the ones already giving support to the governtment.

The one that'll win, will then hire Nadav, Hetz, Guy, and a couple of
Solaris, Digital Unix and similar people.

It is not an unsolvable chicken-and-egg problem. Gimme a break.
