1. i didnt succeed in compiling kvirc with hebrew support (some pointers maybe ?) i used it with the --with-local-8bit flag what i got was this - i can change the font encoding in the preferences and see hebrew in the preview but once i close the preferences dialog nothing changes ... and when i reopen i see latin again in the encoding.
