Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I couldn't find it in the archives.

I installed the OO Bidi from the RPM's in IGLU's archives. The problem is that
the Hebrew fonts do not appear in the font menu.

Now, in the old StarOffice, if I wanted to add fonts for its use, I needed to
convert TrueType fonts to PS, and there was a utility - spadmin - which allowed
me to install those fonts into StarOffice, and they can then be used for
printing, and appeared in the menu.

The doc that comes with OO Bidi states that the same utility exists for it. I
tried to run it - but it complained of missing libraries. I temporary linked all
those libraries from /usr/lib, then it stopped complaining, but still didn't work.

The doc also says that OpenOffice should recognize the TrueType fonts installed
on the X server. Or at least that's how I understood it. Well, it doesn't.

Well, has anybody had any success in installing Hebrew fonts for OpenOffice and
can relate the procedure for doing so? Or for making spadmin work?

By the way, those HTML doc files - they are made for Windows, not for Linux.
They have IMG tags with backslashes. Ugh.
