Israeli ISP's and quality of service...

Hello,   In the last few months I have worked with 3 different ADSL ISP's, using a linux gateway. At first I worked with Aquanet, and I must say that everything was superb, except for the fact that they limit programs such as Kazaa and Edonkey. I switched to Kavey Zahav, (which are twice the price..) and I was quite happy. However, 3 weeks ago, I switched to Netvision (deal from my employer), and I must say that I am very disappointed due to the disconnections. I use an autodial script, and checking out it statistics, I see that more than 15% of the time, my connection was down! It is even more annoying, or maybe it's just my feeling, that I am rarely using the ADSL line, mostly in the morning before I go to work or in the evening when I get back, and most of those times, it is not connecting! This did not happen to me with any other ISP's. Has anyone else been suffering the same fate?   Ishay.
