I think Gilad meant the *other kind of* pissing.

Anyway, so far, the group has been doing OK, without any formal structure
to speak of.  This is something, which is possible thanks to the Internet
(i.e. the Linux-IL mailing list and the Web site), and people don't seem
to have internalized this idea, that now it is possible to do things
without formal structure, even though Alvin Toffler predicted some similar
things in his "The Future Shock".
